At SAADAA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed invoice to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the parcel at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
